HF1 – AN INTRODUCTION TO HUMAN FACTORS

This Course is an introudction to Human Factors, that will give learners an overview of the “Dirty Dozen”. These are the key factors infuencing human behaviour that have been identified in the Aviaiton Industry and can influence all of us at home and at work.

The Human Factors series will continue with a short Course on each of the individual factors.
